Real human hair extension are always better than synthetic as human hair extension can be styled, colored like your hair, making it perfectly blend with your natural hair   There are different methods to install the hair extensions ranging from Clip-in, Tape-in, 

Sew-in, I-Tip, Hot fusion and Halo's
