What is Microblading 

Microblading is also known as eyebrow embroidery or hair by hair,it's a technique used to create hair like strokes in the eyebrows. These strokes are made manually with needle/s in top layer of the skin using semi - permanent ink to create a fuller look or correct brow which have been over plucked or waxed. The needles vary in diameters size so the hair strokes can be customized to look more natural than a tattooed eyebrows.

Microblading is not just for over plucked brows. Anyone and everyone who wants a full, beautiful brows. From the active people to busy moms, people who don't want to worry about sweating off the makeup during workouts or swimming or people who just want to minimize makeup application time. People who have suffered from Alopecia, scars,  cancer or other diseases and disorders where they have lost their natural hair. 

The Procedure 

It starts with a consultation, eyebrow shape and color are discussed, questions are answered to ease any concerns prior to confirming your appointment. Your health condition are considered  

On the day of, consent forms and any release forms are filled out and signed. The eyebrow is numbed with a topical cream to keep the pain and discomfort to a minimum or none. Your brows are measured to check for symmetry. Your chosen size and shape is drawn before the Microblading procedure begins.

A.  Results vary - 9 months to 2-3 years

A.  Rough estimate is 2 - 3 hours

Q. What is the down time or healing time?

A.  Varies with people, rough estimates 3 - 7 days. You may experience some or mild scab next day after your procedure. 

Q.  What to Avoid? 

A.  For the first 3 - 5 days you need to avoid any workout or getting the brows wet, as the moisture or sweat can soften the scab, the strokes may be blurry or the color may fade. Aftercare Handout is given make sure to read and follow. 

Avoid direct exposure to sun, sauna or tanning bed until scabs fall off. 

Q.  Who can't get Microbladed?

A.  Pregnant women, nursing mothers, Glaucoma, diabetic patients, people on blood thining meds, HIV/Hepatitis, skin cancer, Keloid skin or people with allergies to makeup or dyes.
